The SeaLock Centre has a rear carpark, dedicated disabled parking spaces at side of building with ramp access all around. Front entrance brings you into a large foyer with room for tables and chairs, access to stairs for Sky Lounge and two disabled toilets.

Main Hall

Large, bright and spacious hall with a large stage. Ideal for parties, concerts, shows, regular lets for groups and private events:

• 150 seated at tables
• 100 mixed occupancy tables and dance
• 210 standing only
• 180 closely seated audience

Sky Lounge

Located upstairs in the Centre, this smaller hall is ideal for large meetings, small parties and groups.

• 32 seated at tables
• 25 mixed occupancy tables and dance
• 40 standing only
• 35 closely seated audience

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen available for exclusive lets for cooking classes, catering or private use. Please note the kitchen is always open to anyone who hires any of the rooms in the hall to allow access to the sink, to make hot drinks and to clean. If you require the kitchen for cooking then exclusive hire is required and access for the other users will be discussed with all parties.

SeaLock Lounge and Crafty Lounge

These two rooms are located at the rear of the building and can be accessed via the side doors without the need to enter via the main hall. Both rooms are the same size and can occupy 12 people seated at tables, 15 standing or 15 closely seated audience and each have their own private toilets attached. An ideal space for small meetings, craft groups and office space. The SeaLock Lounge has additional desk level plug sockets so that many electrical devices can be used at once. Both rooms are dated and in need of decoration and this is reflected in the price. Once the rooms are refurbished the price is likely to increase.
